Dr. Ranganathan brings Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, and yoga philosophy, to life. Lots of people, and commentators, approach the Sutra as a means to an end, but Dr. Ranganathan acknowledges the influence of colonialism on most modern interpretations of yoga philosophy and pulls the threads to find the true intention within Patanjali’s text. His courses are approachable and I’ve learned more through them than I have in all the yoga workshops and teacher trainings I’ve taken combined!”

Beyond my practice 'on the mat', Yoga is a philosophy I've used in my daily life ever since. If you're thinking of doing it, do it. P.S. on a practical note, I am and was based in the UK throughout the course and didn't find the time difference a hindrance at all. The live tutorials all took place in the evening GMT.”
